| The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received or the following charges may be assessed:
1. Cleaned inside and out
2. Holding tanks emptied
3. Full of fuel (Diesel or Gasoline)
4. Full of Propane |
| Reservation deposit:
This deposit will be credited to rental charges the day the unit is picked up. |
| Cancellations:
In order to refund your deposit, your reservation must be cancelled 30 days before your scheduled departure. |
| Payments:
Full payment of all anticipated charges (estimated extra miles & security deposits) must be paid in cash, certified funds or credit card on or before your departure date.
Personal or company checks will be accepted only if received 14 days prior to departure date. |
| Security Deposits:
Your security deposit (see Rental Rates) will be returned within 10 working days unless an inspection reveals any physical damages.
The final figure may be adjusted for any mileage differences or additional charges accrued. |
